SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the Pocket Leadz text messaging program operated by Ross Clark McFarlane, trading as Pocket Leadz (ABN 13 612 801 409) ("Pocket Leadz", "we", "us", "our"), of pocketleadz.com. By providing your mobile number and ticking the consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Pocket Leadz and to these terms. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

1. The program and how you opt in

You opt in to the Pocket Leadz text messaging program by submitting one of our enquiry, booking, or sign-up forms with your mobile number and ticking the required consent checkbox stating that you agree to be contacted by SMS. We record the consent wording you agreed to, the date and time, and the IP address the form was submitted from as proof of your consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. We never buy, rent, or import phone numbers; only people who submit a form themselves receive messages.

2. Messages you will receive

After you opt in, you may receive an instant reply to your enquiry, appointment and booking confirmations and reminders, and follow-up messages about your enquiry.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your enquiry and activity, for example one instant reply, booking reminders, and a small number of follow-up messages.

4. Cost

Msg & data rates may apply. We do not charge you for receiving text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates may apply to messages you send and receive.

5. How to opt out (STOP)

You can cancel text messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You may also reply CANCEL, QUIT, OPTOUT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, REVOKE, or END. After you opt out, you will receive one message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent to your number.

Reply HELP or INFO to any message for assistance at any time, or contact our support team by email at support@pocketleadz.com.

8. Carriers and delivery

Messaging is supported on major mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery is not guaranteed.

9. Privacy

Your mobile number and personal information are handled in line with our Privacy Policy at https://pocketleadz.com/privacy-policy. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, excluding the service providers we use to deliver the messages themselves (our messaging platform and the mobile carriers) and disclosures required by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version is always available at https://pocketleadz.com/sms-terms with its effective date. Continued participation in the program after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
