Mortgage teams that want an all-in-one system. Shape lists native LOS connections with Encompass, LendingPad, Arive, Jupiter and LendingDox, a built-in point of sale and a dialer.
Pocket Leadz
Loan officers who run their own ads or pages and need each lead answered within seconds and chased until it replies. Pocket Leadz has no LOS connection, point of sale or dialer.
What happens in the first minute
Shape's own guide connects Facebook as a lead source through Zapier. It offers automated email and text campaigns and markets AI agents that answer questions, nurture leads and book appointments.
In Pocket Leadz, Facebook forms connect directly and each form's name picks its flow. The first text and email go out within seconds in the lead's own time zone, and your phone gets a push for every new lead.
Texting registration
Shape manages your 10DLC registration, with a $15 re-submission fee if your details are wrong. Pocket Leadz does not: you register through your own Twilio account with a walkthrough. On this, Shape asks less of you.

Shape's live pricing page lists Core, Complete and Enterprise without dollar figures. Shape's own blog says published pricing starts at $119 per user a month, and its pricing page says annual payment saves up to 20%. Shape says month to month and annual contracts are both available.

Does Shape offer a free trial?
Shape's FAQ says it cannot offer a free trial and offers a demo instead.
