Mortgage CRM Comparisons for Loan Officers
Loan officers get sold three different kinds of software that all claim to manage the borrower, and they are not the same thing. This page separates them, lists the main loan officer CRMs with the prices they publish, and shows where Pocket Leadz fits. Pocket Leadz publishes it, so every price links to where we found it.
CRM, LOS and POS are different jobs
A loan origination system, or LOS, is where the loan file is built, priced, disclosed and sent to underwriting. A point of sale system, or POS, is the borrower's online application and document portal. A mortgage CRM is the relationship side: new leads, follow up, past clients and referral partners. The LOS and POS are normally the lender's systems. A CRM may be provided by the lender or chosen by the loan officer, depending on the company.
Pocket Leadz is narrower than a full mortgage CRM. It is the front end: the leads from your own ads, website forms and link in bio page, answered within seconds and followed up until they reply or book. It does not connect to any LOS or POS, does not hold loan files and does not track loan milestones.
Loan officer CRMs and lender platforms
Sold to individual loan officers
BNTouch, Jungo, Bonzo, Shape, Empower LO, LoanOfficer.ai and RAD CRM. These are the products a loan officer can usually buy for themselves. Several come with large libraries of pre-written campaigns; BNTouch, for example, advertises more than 400 pre-built mortgage campaigns. Some say they connect to an LOS; ask which one, and whether your company allows it.
Bought by lenders for their loan officers
Total Expert, Surefire from ICE Mortgage Technology, Insellerate and Lendware are enterprise platforms sold to lenders and priced by quote or group size. Surefire advertises more than 1,000 compliance-ready content pieces. Lendware runs the former Aidium platform (originally Daily AI, which had acquired Whiteboard CRM), after buying Aidium's assets and rebranding it on October 7, 2025. If your company already provides one of these, ask what you are allowed to use alongside it before adding anything.
Where Pocket Leadz fits
For a loan officer who runs their own Facebook or Instagram lead ads, Pocket Leadz reads each lead form's name and starts the matching flow, so a VA Loans form gets VA messages and a Refinance form gets refinance messages. The first text and email go out within seconds, the loan officer's phone gets a push, and the flow keeps going by text, email and call task until the lead replies or books. If you text or call leads, read our guides to TCPA rules for mortgage leads and RESPA and co-marketing. The facts page lists what Pocket Leadz does and does not do.

How to test any of them
Feature lists all look alike. These six checks, run in a trial or a demo with a lead you send yourself, show the differences that matter.
- Send a test lead from the source you really use, such as your Facebook lead form, and time how long the first text takes.
- Send the same lead again with the same phone number. Check who gets it, and whether the person is texted twice.
- Reply to the first text. Check that the automatic follow up stops.
- Ask who registers your business for US texting, what it costs and how long approval takes.
- Ask for one all-in monthly figure for your team size, including texts, calls, setup and add-ons.
- Ask about contract length, and how you get your leads out if you leave.
For Australian mortgage brokers
Australian broking runs on different systems: aggregator platforms, ApplyOnline lodgement and Best Interests Duty records. BrokerEngine is the best-known broker operating system there, and Pocket Leadz competes with it directly on lead management only. See Pocket Leadz vs BrokerEngine.
