Pocket Leadz vs Jungo for Loan Officers
Jungo is the better choice for a loan officer who wants a full mortgage CRM on Salesforce, with direct links to Encompass, Calyx, LendingPad, Velocity and Byte, and is happy with a one year contract. Pocket Leadz is the better choice if your leads come from your own Facebook ads and forms and you want each one texted within seconds, month to month, with no setup fee.

Pocket Leadz publishes this page, so read it knowing that. We have tried to be fair: every statement about Jungo links to the page we found it on, and the places where Jungo is the better choice are set out as plainly as the places where we are. Prices and features last checked October 30, 2026. See how comparisons are researched and the Pocket Leadz facts page.
Who each one is for
Jungo
Mortgage and real estate professionals who want their CRM on the Salesforce platform, with loan status updates for borrowers and referral partners.
Pocket Leadz
Loan officers who run their own ads or pages and need each lead answered within seconds and chased until it replies. Pocket Leadz has no LOS connection and is not built on Salesforce.
What happens in the first minute
Jungo's Leads App connects directly to Zillow, Trulia, LendingTree and Informa, and can put new leads onto a drip campaign as they sync. Other sources need a Zapier account. Texting is included in the Jungo Bundle plan; Lite does not list it.
In Pocket Leadz, Facebook forms connect directly and each form's name picks its flow. The first text and email go out within seconds in the lead's own time zone, and your phone gets a push for every new lead.
LOS connections
This is where Jungo is clearly ahead. Its home page lists direct connections with Encompass, Calyx, LendingPad, Velocity and Byte, so loan status can reach your CRM. Pocket Leadz has no LOS connection and does not replace your LOS.
Side by side
Jungo's column is taken from the sources at the foot of this page. Where we could not confirm something on Jungo's own pages, the cell says so rather than guessing.
