Pocket Leadz vs GoHighLevel for Agents and Loan Officers
GoHighLevel is the better choice if you want one platform you can shape into almost anything, from funnels and websites to client sub-accounts, or if you are an agency that resells it. Pocket Leadz is the better choice if you are an agent or loan officer who wants new leads answered and followed up without building workflows, mapping form fields or buying a snapshot first. GoHighLevel gives you more parts. Pocket Leadz gives you fewer, already put together for one job.

Pocket Leadz publishes this page, so read it knowing that. We have tried to be fair: every statement about GoHighLevel links to the page we found it on, and the places where GoHighLevel is the better choice are set out as plainly as the places where we are. Who each one is for
GoHighLevel
Marketing agencies, coaches and business owners who want funnels, websites, email, texting, calendars, reviews and automations in one account, and agencies who want to run client accounts or sell the platform under their own brand. The Starter plan includes three sub-accounts; Unlimited and Agency Pro remove that cap.
Pocket Leadz
US real estate agents and loan officers who run their own ads or pages and need each lead answered in seconds and chased until it replies. Pocket Leadz is narrower than GoHighLevel on purpose: there is no funnel builder, no white label and nothing to resell.
Building it versus switching it on
GoHighLevel gives you building blocks. To work Facebook leads, you connect your Facebook Page to a sub-account and map the form fields, then build a workflow that starts on the Facebook lead form trigger and add the texts, emails, waits and assignments yourself. Many people shortcut that with a real estate or mortgage snapshot, a ready-made setup from HighLevel or from sellers in its marketplace. What a snapshot contains depends on who built it.
Pocket Leadz skips the building. You connect your Facebook Page, and each lead form's name becomes the lead's tag and picks its flow. Every account starts with a flow already written for its kind of lead, real estate or mortgage, which you read, change into your own words and switch on. You can add, remove and reorder steps, but you cannot build a branching workflow with conditions on custom fields. If you need that, GoHighLevel does more.
Some things GoHighLevel users build by hand come set up in Pocket Leadz: the flow stops by itself when the lead replies, books or is moved on; a repeat inquiry from a known phone or email goes back to the person who already owns that lead; and a past client who fills in a form again does not get a stranger's welcome text.
If you are an agency
GoHighLevel was built for agencies. Unlimited adds unlimited sub-accounts and lets you rebill phone and email costs to clients at cost, and Agency Pro adds SaaS Mode so you can sell it under your own brand.
Pocket Leadz Team runs up to 5 businesses from one login, each with its own pipeline, pages, team and colors, with one calendar shared across them so a booking in one blocks the time in the others. It has no white label, no rebilling and nothing to resell. For an agency serving many clients, GoHighLevel is the better fit.
Usage charges on both sides
Neither monthly price is the whole bill. GoHighLevel charges for phone calls, texts, email and AI by usage on top of the plan, and HighLevel says US texting registration fees and carrier charges are passed through LC Phone, though one of its help articles describes a 5% markup on some phone pass-through fees at sub-account level while also announcing a markup's removal. Check current terms with HighLevel.
Pocket Leadz sends texts through your own Twilio account at Twilio's rates, and email through your connected Gmail or Outlook (no extra cost within Google's and Microsoft's daily limits) or your own Resend account. Pocket Leadz adds nothing to either bill.

Where GoHighLevel is the better choice
- You are an agency with many clients, or you want to put your own brand on the software and sell it.
- You want funnels, websites, memberships and review tools on the same bill as your CRM.
- You like building, and want branching workflows with conditions on custom fields.
- You want US texting registration handled inside the product.
- You want a large pool of snapshot sellers and freelancers who already know the platform.
Where Pocket Leadz is the better choice
- You are an agent or loan officer who wants it working without building workflows first.
- You run several Facebook lead forms and want each form to start its own written flow by its name.
- You want repeat inquiries, past clients and stop-on-reply handled without setting them up.
- You run one business: Solo is $79 a month against Starter's $97, before usage on either side.
- You want a booking page, a link in bio page and phone alerts that work the same way for every account, rather than whatever a snapshot happened to include.
Using both
Most people will not run both. If you have GoHighLevel built and working, keep it. Pocket Leadz suits the agent or loan officer who tried GoHighLevel, found the building got in the way, and wants a smaller tool that is ready sooner. If you like HighLevel but want the mortgage setup done for you, Empower LO is built on HighLevel and set up for loan officers, from $297 a month plus a $300 setup fee.
What it costs
List prices per month on October 30, 2026, before tax and before usage. Both charge less if you pay for a year up front.
- Pocket Leadz Solo: $79 a month. One rep plus one assistant login.
- Pocket Leadz Team: $249 a month. Five full seats included, extra seats $39 a month, up to 5 businesses.

- GoHighLevel Unlimited: $297 a month. Unlimited sub-accounts, rebilling at cost.
- GoHighLevel Agency Pro: $497 a month. SaaS Mode and rebilling with markup.
For one business, Pocket Leadz Solo costs less before usage. For four or five businesses, GoHighLevel Unlimited at $297 sits close to Pocket Leadz Team at $249 a month, and GoHighLevel goes on to unlimited accounts where Pocket Leadz stops at 5. Count your usage on both sides before deciding on price.
Common questions
Is Pocket Leadz built on GoHighLevel?
No. Pocket Leadz is its own software. It is not a white-labeled HighLevel account.
Can I move my contacts from GoHighLevel to Pocket Leadz?
Yes. Export your contacts as a CSV file and import it into Pocket Leadz. The import skips anyone already on your board, and asks who the people are and who they belong to. Workflows and snapshots do not carry across; you would use Pocket Leadz flows instead.
Which one is easier?
For the single job of answering and following up new leads, Pocket Leadz has less to set up, because the flow is written and the Facebook form picks it. For anything beyond that job, GoHighLevel can do it and Pocket Leadz usually cannot. Easier depends on how much you want it to do.
Does either one make my texting compliant?
No. Both give you tools such as consent records, opt-out handling and sending hours, but whether you hold the consent the law needs depends on your forms, your state and how you got the lead. Ask a lawyer if you are unsure.
