If your brokerage already gives you BoldTrail, keep it. It is a full platform with an IDX website, CRM and marketing, and for brokerages, back office and recruiting tools, and Pocket Leadz does not replace that. Where Pocket Leadz helps is the leads you bring in yourself from your own Facebook ads, forms and link in bio page: it answers them within seconds, picks the follow up by the form they filled in, and keeps them in your own Pocket Leadz account.

BoldTrail
Brokerages, teams and agents who want one platform for websites, CRM, marketing and, for brokerages, back office and recruiting. BoldTrail is the next generation of kvCORE, built by Inside Real Estate on kvCORE's foundations, and kvCORE customers are being moved to it.
Pocket Leadz
Agents who run their own Facebook and Instagram ads or landing pages and want those leads answered within seconds and chased until they reply, whatever system their brokerage uses. Pocket Leadz is not an IDX website, back office or recruiting tool.
BoldTrail and kvCORE are the same family
Inside Real Estate describes BoldTrail as the next generation of kvCORE, using kvCORE's architecture with a newer interface and new modules such as recruiting and back office. If you are on kvCORE, you are being moved to BoldTrail rather than to a competitor. Inside Real Estate also owns BoomTown. So this one page covers both names.
What happens in the first minute
Facebook lead ads can come in through API Nation, which Inside Real Estate's help page says is free for kvCORE users; confirm it applies on BoldTrail. It has System Smart Campaigns, pre-built by Inside Real Estate, including default campaigns for new buyers and sellers who sign up on your BoldTrail site. Its 'Lead is New' trigger can start a campaign for new contacts from other sources such as ads; whether the default system campaigns do so for your own Facebook ad leads depends on your setup. The BoldTrail app sends a push notification when a new lead fills out a form.
In Pocket Leadz, you connect your Facebook Page directly, and each lead form's name becomes the lead's tag and picks its flow. The first text and email go out within seconds, inside the hours you set and in the lead's own time zone, your phone gets a push, and the flow keeps going with texts, emails and call tasks until the lead replies, books or is moved on.
Who controls the account
BoldTrail is sold to brokerages and teams as well as agents, and some setup is held at company level. US texting registration, for example, is done by company admins. That is sensible for a brokerage, and it also means an agent may not be able to change some things alone.
A Pocket Leadz account is yours: your Facebook connection, your Twilio number, your email, your flows. You can export every lead at any time, and if you cancel, nothing is deleted; the account goes read only and you can still sign in and export.

Where BoldTrail is the better choice
- Your brokerage already pays for it. Keep what is already funded.
- You need an IDX website and leads from home searches on it.
- You run a brokerage and want back office and recruiting in the same platform.
Where Pocket Leadz is the better choice
- You run your own Facebook or Instagram lead ads and want those leads answered within seconds by a flow the form picks.
- You want to control your own setup, number and flows without waiting on a company admin.
- You want a published price and a free trial.
Using both
This is the most likely set-up for a BoldTrail agent: keep BoldTrail for your brokerage's website leads and tools, and run Pocket Leadz for the leads from your own ads and pages. Decide which system owns which leads. Pocket Leadz can pass each new lead out through Zapier or Make if you want a copy in BoldTrail, but turn off any BoldTrail campaign that would text the same person, and test it with a dummy lead first.

Pocket Leadz prices are its published list prices on October 30, 2026. BoldTrail does not publish prices; ask your brokerage what it pays, or ask Inside Real Estate for a quote.

Is kvCORE still available?
Inside Real Estate describes BoldTrail as the next generation of kvCORE and is moving kvCORE customers onto it, keeping their data, contacts, website and lead history.
Will my brokerage mind if I use Pocket Leadz for my own leads?
That depends on your agreement with them, so ask. Pocket Leadz only handles the leads you send into it.
Can Pocket Leadz send leads into BoldTrail?
Pocket Leadz can send each new lead out through its Zapier or Make connection as it arrives. Whether and how BoldTrail takes leads from there is a question for Inside Real Estate or your brokerage's admin.
