Real Estate CRM Comparisons and Where Pocket Leadz Fits
Most US real estate CRMs fall into one of three groups, and knowing which group you need saves more time than any feature list. This page sorts the main products into those groups with their published prices, then shows where Pocket Leadz fits. Pocket Leadz publishes it, so every price links to where we found it.
The three kinds of real estate CRM
Platforms built around an IDX website
Lofty, BoldTrail (formerly kvCORE), BoomTown, Real Geeks, Sierra Interactive and CINC. The website is the lead source: buyers search homes on your site, register, and land in the CRM. Several also run ads or sell leads for you. Most price by quote or at several hundred dollars a month, some with setup fees or minimum terms.
CRMs you bring your own leads to
Follow Up Boss, Wise Agent, Top Producer, IXACT Contact and Realvolve. A database and follow up engine that connects to the lead sources and websites you already have. Most publish a price and offer a trial.
Lead providers with software attached
Market Leader and Zurple. They supply the leads and the software works them, usually on a minimum term. Worth knowing: LionDesk, for years a common low-cost choice, was wound down by Lone Wolf, kept running only through September 2025.
Where Pocket Leadz fits
Pocket Leadz is not in any of those groups. It is a front end. It takes leads from your own Facebook and Instagram lead ads, website forms and link in bio page, answers each one by text and email within seconds, follows up with texts, emails and call tasks until the person replies, and books them in. It has no IDX website, no listing search and no transaction tools. Some agents use it on its own. Others keep the CRM their brokerage provides and put Pocket Leadz in front of it for the leads from their own ads. The facts page lists exactly what it does and does not do.

How to test any of them
Feature lists all look alike. These six checks, run in a trial or a demo with a lead you send yourself, show the differences that matter.
- Send a test lead from the source you really use, such as your Facebook lead form, and time how long the first text takes.
- Send the same lead again with the same phone number. Check who gets it, and whether the person is texted twice.
- Reply to the first text. Check that the automatic follow up stops.
- Ask who registers your business for US texting, what it costs and how long approval takes.
- Ask for one all-in monthly figure for your team size, including texts, calls, setup and add-ons.
- Ask about contract length, and how you get your leads out if you leave.
