Teams and brokerages that want leads generated and qualified for them. BoomTown, part of Inside Real Estate since 2023, sells tiers by size from Launch for one to three agents up to Advance for multi-office brokerages.
Pocket Leadz
Agents who already generate their own leads and need the first minute and the follow up after it handled. Pocket Leadz does not run ads for you or sell leads.
What happens in the first minute
BoomTown's Success Assurance lead qualification service handles the first outreach when a new lead registers. Its own Smart-Drip plans start automatically only when you switch on Auto-Start for a plan. For your own Facebook lead ads, BoomTown connects through Zapier.
In Pocket Leadz, your Facebook forms connect directly and each form's name picks its flow. The first text and email go out within seconds in the lead's own time zone, and the flow carries on with texts, emails and call tasks until the lead replies or books.
