Pocket Leadz vs CINC: Bought Leads or Your Own Leads?
CINC is the better choice if you want a company to run the ads, supply buyer and seller leads, host your IDX website and work the leads with an AI assistant, and you have the budget for a quoted plan. Pocket Leadz is the better choice if you run your own ads and pages and want those leads answered within seconds and followed up, for a published monthly price with a free trial.

Pocket Leadz publishes this page, so read it knowing that. We have tried to be fair: every statement about CINC links to the page we found it on, and the places where CINC is the better choice are set out as plainly as the places where we are. Prices and features last checked October 30, 2026. See how comparisons are researched and the Pocket Leadz facts page.
Who each one is for
CINC
Solo agents through large teams who want leads supplied as well as managed. CINC sells Facebook buyer and seller leads, hosts an IDX website, and has an AI assistant that texts leads to keep them engaged and qualify them.
Pocket Leadz
Agents who already create their own leads and need speed and follow up on them. Pocket Leadz does not run ads or sell leads.
If you run your own Facebook ads
CINC's Facebook leads are mostly ones it generates for you. For your own lead ads, the route we found is a Zapier connector. Pocket Leadz connects to your Facebook Page directly, and each form's name picks its follow up.
On the follow up itself, CINC leans on AI: its assistant Alex texts with your leads to qualify them, with CINC AI starting at $200 a month. Pocket Leadz sends a written flow you approved, and when a lead replies, the conversation comes to a person.
Texting and calling
For US texting registration, you give your business details through CINC, which files the registration and, as of 2023, charged a $30 a month management fee for it and its support, which may have changed. Its dialer is an add-on at $75 a month for three lines, with calls transcribed and summarized. Pocket Leadz has you register through your own Twilio account, and calls from the app.
Side by side
CINC's column is taken from the sources at the foot of this page. Where we could not confirm something on CINC's own pages, the cell says so rather than guessing.

Using both
An agent buying CINC leads could still use Pocket Leadz for the leads from their own ads. Keep the two lead sources in separate systems, or test any hand-off carefully so nobody hears from both.
