Pocket Leadz

Pocket Leadz vs Sierra Interactive for Real Estate Teams

Sierra Interactive is the better choice for agents and teams who want an IDX website built to rank and capture home searchers, with a CRM, dialer and call recording, and who are ready for a 12 month agreement. Pocket Leadz is the better choice if your leads come from your own Facebook or Instagram ads and forms and you want them answered within seconds by a flow the form picks, month to month, for less.

Who each one is for

Sierra Interactive

Solo agents through high-volume teams who want website, CRM and lead generation together. Sierra's plans include an IDX website with one MLS feed, and add more users, dialer access and AI nurture as you move up.

Pocket Leadz

Agents who bring in their own leads and need each one answered within seconds and followed up until it replies. Pocket Leadz has no IDX website.

What happens in the first minute

Sierra pulls Facebook form submissions directly in. Follow up runs on Action Plans that you build, and they apply on their own after you set rules, such as assigning a plan when a lead is routed to an agent. Email and text templates are there to build from. Sierra also sells Lead Engage, an AI nurture add-on.

In Pocket Leadz, each Facebook form's name picks the flow, and every account starts with a written flow for real estate leads that you edit and switch on. The first text and email go out within seconds in the lead's own time zone, the owner's phone gets a push, and the flow keeps going until the lead replies or books.

Calling

Sierra is stronger on calling. Its plans include call recording, which Sierra disables in some two-party consent states. The dialer is $100 a month on Starter and included on the higher plans. Pocket Leadz calls from the app and does not record calls.
