Pocket Leadz vs Real Geeks: Website Platform or Front End?
Real Geeks is the better choice if you want an IDX website, a CRM, a dialer and the option to buy leads from one company, and you are comfortable with a setup fee and a six or twelve month term. Pocket Leadz is the better choice if your leads already come from your own Facebook or Instagram ads, forms or link in bio page, and you want them answered within seconds and followed up, month to month with a free trial and no setup fee.

Who each one is for
Real Geeks
Agents and teams who want their website and CRM together. Real Geeks, owned by Fidelity National Financial since 2017, includes an IDX website and two users on its base plan, with a dialer, an app with push alerts, and optional lead packages it runs for you.
Pocket Leadz
Agents who generate their own leads from ads, forms and pages, and need each one answered within seconds and chased until it replies. Pocket Leadz has no IDX website and does not sell leads.
What you are actually buying
Real Geeks is a website first. Its pricing page puts the IDX website, the CRM and two users in one plan, and sells lead packages on top: a social lead package and search and seller packages, each priced per month. If you want a company to bring you the leads and give you a site that captures home searchers, that bundle is the point.
Pocket Leadz assumes you already bring the leads. It connects to your own Facebook lead forms, website forms and link in bio page, and its job is the first minute and the follow up after it.
What happens in the first minute
Real Geeks has a native Facebook lead ads connection and a library of pre-built workflows; its current help site says they start on new leads through trigger rules you set, by lead source or assignment. Real Geeks also sells Geek AI Text, which texts leads for you, at $49 a month or included with any lead package.
In Pocket Leadz, each Facebook form's name becomes the lead's tag and picks its flow. The first text and email go out within seconds inside the hours you set, in the lead's own time zone, the owner's phone gets a push, and the flow keeps going with texts, emails and call tasks until the lead replies, books or is moved on.
Texting setup
Real Geeks submits your business for carrier approval for US texting and covers the standard carrier fees. Pocket Leadz does not: you register through your own Twilio account, with a walkthrough. On this, Real Geeks asks less of you.

Where Pocket Leadz is the better choice
- Your leads come from your own ads and pages, so you do not need an IDX site.
- You want no setup fee and no term: Pocket Leadz is $79 a month, month to month.
- You want each Facebook form to start its own written flow by its name.
- You want a booking page and a link in bio page in the same place.
Using both
An agent could keep Real Geeks for the website and its search leads and run Pocket Leadz for leads from their own social ads. Decide which system owns which leads, so nobody is texted by both. Pocket Leadz can pass each new lead out through Zapier or Make; test any hand-off with a dummy lead first.
