Agents and teams who want to stay in touch with their database. IXACT Contact, owned by Elm Street Technology since 2021, comes with dozens of predefined activity plans, email marketing and an agent website.
Pocket Leadz
Agents who generate new leads from ads, forms and pages, and need the first minute and the follow up after it handled for them. Pocket Leadz has no agent website or IDX.
What happens in the first minute
IXACT Contact's Activity Plans create a series of tasks with reminders when you assign one to a contact, and email steps can be set to send on their own. Facebook lead ads come in through Zapier.
In Pocket Leadz, Facebook forms connect directly and each form's name picks its flow. The first text and email go out within seconds, in the lead's own time zone, and the flow carries on with texts, emails and call tasks until the lead replies or books.
Texting
IXACT Contact sells texting on credits: a custom texting number, 100 credits a month per number, and credit packs from $15 for 500 to $175 for 10,000, where each 160 character segment uses one credit. Pocket Leadz texts from your own Twilio account, so you pay Twilio's rates directly.
