Pocket Leadz

Pocket Leadz vs Top Producer for Real Estate Agents

Top Producer is the better choice if you want a full agent CRM built around branded market reports, farming and keep-in-touch marketing, with optional lead packages from the same company. Pocket Leadz is the better choice if your leads come from your own Facebook or Instagram ads and forms and you want each one answered within seconds and followed up automatically, month to month with a free trial.

Who each one is for

Top Producer

Agents and teams who want a CRM with home and market reports to stay in front of their sphere and farm. Top Producer is owned by Constellation Real Estate Group, part of Constellation Software, since 2021.

Pocket Leadz

Agents who generate their own leads from ads, forms and pages, and need each one answered within seconds and chased until it replies. Pocket Leadz has no market reports and does not sell leads.

What happens in the first minute

Top Producer has a built-in Lead Response Plan with texts and emails spread over the first days. It starts on its own when you create a Lead Response Rule and choose which lead sources trigger it. Facebook lead ads reach Top Producer through Zapier, or the older LeadsBridge route its own blog describes.

In Pocket Leadz, Facebook lead forms connect directly and each form's name becomes the lead's tag and picks its flow. The first text and email go out within seconds inside the hours you set, in the lead's own time zone, and your phone gets a push for every new lead.

Staying in touch for years

Top Producer's strength is the long game: branded market reports, farming tools and past-client marketing. Pocket Leadz has long-term nurture emails, but no home value or market reports. If your business runs on your sphere and a farm area, Top Producer covers more of it.

Using both

An agent could keep Top Producer for their sphere, market reports and farm, and use Pocket Leadz for new leads from their own ads. Decide which system texts which leads, so nobody hears from both, and test any hand-off with a dummy lead first.
