Pocket Leadz vs Wise Agent for Real Estate Follow Up
Wise Agent is the better choice if you want an established, low-cost real estate CRM for a whole small team, starting at $49 a month with no contract. Pocket Leadz is the better choice if your leads come from your own Facebook or Instagram ads and forms and you want each one answered within seconds, with the follow up picked by the form they filled in, and a booking page in the same place. Wise Agent costs less; Pocket Leadz sets up less.

Who each one is for
Wise Agent
Agents, teams and brokerages who want a full CRM at a modest price. Wise Agent was founded in 2002, includes up to five team members on one shared login on its base plan, and offers pre-built and custom follow up campaigns, lead rules, and optional IDX websites.
Pocket Leadz
Agents who bring in their own leads from ads, forms and a link in bio page and want each one answered within seconds and chased until it replies. Pocket Leadz is not a transaction or brokerage system.
What happens in the first minute
Wise Agent connects to Facebook lead ads through your Facebook Business Page. Lead rules route, assign and respond to new leads, and adding a lead to a drip campaign is a rule you create.
In Pocket Leadz, each Facebook form's name becomes the lead's tag and picks its flow without a rule to write. The first text and email go out within seconds, inside the hours you set and in the lead's own time zone, the owner's phone gets a push, and the flow carries on with texts, emails and call tasks until the lead replies or books.
Texting and calling
Both ask you to register your business for US texting. Wise Agent's texting, WiseText, is $11 a month for 1,000 credits plus an $80 one-time registration fee, and its help page says each member must complete A2P 10DLC registration. Pocket Leadz sends texts through your own Twilio account, with a walkthrough for the registration.
For calling, Wise Agent offers a built-in Power Dialer as a paid add-on, with call recording; its 2021 launch post priced packages at $59 to $149 a month. Pocket Leadz calls from the app through your own number and does not record calls.
