Pocket Leadz vs Realvolve for Real Estate Agents
Realvolve is the better choice if you want a workflow CRM that tracks contacts, properties and transactions for independent agents and teams, with texting and a dialer on its Professional plan and texting registration sent to its provider for you. Pocket Leadz is the better choice if your leads come from your own Facebook or Instagram ads and you want each one answered within seconds by a flow the form picks, with no setup fee.

Pocket Leadz publishes this page, so read it knowing that. We have tried to be fair: every statement about Realvolve links to the page we found it on, and the places where Realvolve is the better choice are set out as plainly as the places where we are. Who each one is for
Realvolve
Independent agents and teams who want detailed workflows for contacts and deals. Realvolve's Professional plan includes texting and a dialer; its Essential plan does not.
Pocket Leadz
Agents who run their own ads, forms and pages and need each new lead answered within seconds and chased until it replies. Pocket Leadz does not manage transactions.
What happens in the first minute
Facebook lead ads reach Realvolve through Zapier. Whether a workflow starts on its own is a choice in that Zap: Realvolve's training shows a Start Workflow on New Contact option. Both plans include 7 Essential workflows.
In Pocket Leadz, Facebook forms connect directly and each form's name picks its flow, with the first text and email out within seconds in the lead's own time zone and a push to your phone.
Texting registration
Realvolve submits your A2P texting registration to its provider for you, which it says can take several days. Pocket Leadz does not: you register through your own Twilio account, with a walkthrough. On this, Realvolve asks less of you.
Side by side
Realvolve's column is taken from the sources at the foot of this page. Where we could not confirm something on Realvolve's own pages, the cell says so rather than guessing.
