Pocket Leadz

Pocket Leadz vs HubSpot for Agents and Loan Officers

HubSpot is the better choice if you want a general CRM that grows into marketing, sales and service, or if a free CRM with Facebook lead sync is enough for now. Pocket Leadz is the better choice for an agent or loan officer who wants new ad leads texted within seconds and followed up automatically, because HubSpot's own automated texting needs Marketing Hub Professional plus a paid add-on.

Pocket Leadz publishes this page, so read it knowing that. We have tried to be fair: every statement about HubSpot links to the page we found it on, and the places where HubSpot is the better choice are set out as plainly as the places where we are. Who each one is for

HubSpot

Businesses of any kind that want one CRM across sales, marketing and service. HubSpot is not built for real estate or mortgage, so you build your own sequences and workflows.

Pocket Leadz

Agents and loan officers who run their own ads and need each lead answered within seconds by text and email. Pocket Leadz is built for that one job and nothing else.

What happens in the first minute

HubSpot syncs Facebook lead ads on every plan, including free, but says new leads can take up to two hours to sync. Sequences start at Sales Hub Professional, which can enroll contacts automatically from the sequence's own settings; enrolling them from a workflow is Enterprise only.

In Pocket Leadz, Facebook forms connect directly and the first text and email go out within seconds, in the lead's own time zone, from a flow the form's name picks.

Texting

Automated texting in HubSpot needs Marketing Hub Professional or Enterprise plus the Marketing SMS add-on. HubSpot's own blog lists Marketing Hub Professional at $800 a month billed yearly for three seats, with a $3,000 onboarding fee. Texting comes with every Pocket Leadz plan, through your own Twilio account.
